Day 1: Arrival Hanoi (-)
Our guide will stand at the exit gate in Noi Bai airport with a sign of your name to welcome you then transfer to your hotel in centre of Hanoi. Free time at pleisure to discover busy life in the capital. Dinner on guest account.
Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Full day Hanoi City tour (B, L )

Your private city tour starts from 9:00 am. The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples. This full day tour takes you around Hanoi's most interesting sights, including: the Ho Chi Minh Complex, Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby. Then heading to visit the Temple of Literature, peaceful West Lake with lovers street Thanh Nien, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda or Quan Thanh Temple and one of the city's museums, the History Museum or the Ethnology Museum. Enjoy cyclo ride around the Old Quarter also known as the 36 streets and guilds, the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple. Dinner at a super restaurant in French Quarter of Hanoi. In the evening enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Back to your Hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (B, L,)
8:00 am Pick up from your hotel. Enjoy the interesting 3.5 hour drive to Ha Long city. Stop on the way for refreshment.
11:30 am Arrive in Ha Long tourist wharf. Then take a private boat trip about 4hrs journey. Lunch served on board. Cruise through the emerald waters between the limestone outcrops and long corridors, visit THIEN CUNG cave (the cave of the heavenly palace - famous for its stalagmites and stalactites) the cave has only opened to the public since 1998. A short way visit the newly discovered DAU GO grotto (wooden stake cave-where in 1288 one of Vietnamese most famous Generals Tran Hung Dao amassed hundreds of stakes deep inside the cave prior to a battle with an invading Mongol army). Back to Ha Long tourist wharf where your minibus will be waiting for you then return to Hanoi. 20h00 Arrive in Hanoi. Drop off at your Hotel. Dinner on guest account.

Day 4: Hanoi - Hue (B, L, D) Domestic flight
Transfer to Noi Bai airport and fly to the ancient Capital Hue. Arrive at Phu Bai airport in Hue. Pick up then transfer to your hotel in Hue center. Have lunch at local restaurant.
In the afternoon we board on a private boat for a cruise on the romantic Perfume River. This time we head out for the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded with ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop. Setting in converge of rivers, and gives you a great view on the Perfume River and surrounding area. Thien Mu Pagoda considered as Royal Pagoda of the Nguyen Dynasty also the symbol of Hue. From here we will cruise further to the ornate Minh Mang's tomb. In the evening enjoy dinner with Vietnamese traditional folk song on boat. Back to the Hotel.

Day 5: Hue - Da Nang - My Son - Hoi An (B, L )

Rising up in the ancient land, breakfast at hotel. We embark on a half day tour of Hue City including the Citadel and Forbidden Purple City, Tu Duc's Tomb and Dong Ba market. Lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch we leave the world Heritage Hue to Hoi An, go through the tunnel of the Hai Van pass we then drive to visit My Son, an ancient religion center of the Cham people in the past, 50 km to the South West of Hoi An town, another World's Cultural Heritage.
In the late afternoon transfer to Hoi An for 1 hour drive. Check in Hotel. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 6: Hoi An - Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) (B, L,) Domestic flight
After breakfast at hotel, a walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200 year old Tam Ky ancestral house, the Japanese Bridge and Market. Lunch at restaurant.
Transfer to Da Nang airport with stopover to visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountains. Then take flight to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) with pick up and transfer to your hotel. Free at leisure in town. Dinner on guest account.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 7: Ho Chi Minh City Tour - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L, D)

At 8:00 am we embark on an orientation city tour Saigon including: The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office and Remnant War Museum.
Following lunch we will drive to the Cu Chi tunnels (70 kilometers North West of down town Ho Chi Minh City) to see the amazing tunnels of Vietcong during American War. The Cu Chi Tunnel system had been created long time back, from 1948 to assist Viet Minh in the combat with French. And it was continuing built over 25 years later. It was an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers. In places, it was housed up to 10,000 people who virtually lived underground for years.... getting married, giving birth. During the American War the entire area of Cu Chi was designated a free fire zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of tunnels have been open for visitors. Return to Sai Gon at around 18:30. You have time for refreshment and shower before going out for a cruise Dinner on Sai Gon river at 20:00. After dinner, transfer back to your Hotel.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) Departure (B)

Have breakfast at hotel. Free time till transfer to the airport for flight onward.
